02What we collect

When you send a brief through the contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, company or project, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, the services you are interested in, your budget range and timing, and your description of the brief.

When you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you choose to send us.

When you visit the site, our hosting and security provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools on this site, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data such as financial, health or identity documents through it.

03How we use it

  • to reply to your enquiry and discuss, plan and quote for a campaign
  • to keep a record of enquiries and our correspondence with you
  • to keep the site secure and prevent spam and misuse
  • to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We use your data only for these purposes. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

Legal basis. We process the data you send us with your consent, which you give by submitting the form or contacting us, and where the law otherwise permits, such as to comply with a legal obligation.

04Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run Signal House, under their own security and confidentiality commitments:

ProviderWhat they do for us
CloudflareHosts the website and protects it from attacks

WhatsApp (Meta)Only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp

We may also disclose data where required by law, a court order or a government authority, or to protect our legal rights. Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and security safeguards.

05How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as we are discussing or working with you, and for up to three years after our last contact, so we have a record of our dealings. If we sign a contract with you, the related records are kept for as long as tax and company law require. After that, we delete the data or anonymise it.

06How we protect it

We use reasonable security practices: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to the people who need it, two-step login on our accounts, and reputable providers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

07Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
  • correct, complete or update it
  • delete it, where we no longer need it or are not required to keep it
  • withdraw your consent, as easily as you gave it. This does not affect anything done before you withdraw it.
